I was in a pinch and called multiple companies, but Premier 1 was the only one who even answered on a Saturday morning. My tow took a little longer than expected, but Chad was great! The patient dispatcher took multiple calls from me and updated me the entire time. Once Chad arrived he looked at my car and gave his best opinion on damage from hitting a curb (resulting in a popped tire). Super courteous and friendly. Even sent me pictures once my car was delivered to the dealership. Would definitely recommend!
Thanks for the tow, they did a great job. Our Tahoe couldnt be put into neutral, and we had hired 2 previous tow companies and neither had skids or wheel dollies, so they just dragged it. This was the only tow company that took the time to do it the right way and not damage our transmission by dragging it! Thank again.
My slave cylinder went out on my mustang on a Monday morning before heading to work and I couldn't engage my clutch at all to start the car. After finding a transmission shop that would work on it I called Premier 1 Towing to have it towed to the shop. We set an appointment for the next morning and Chad called me multiple times to give me an update on his ETA to my location. He had it loaded onto the flatbed and delivered to the transmission shop within an hour and sent me a picture of the vehicle when it was delivered.
