Since I moved to Wellington two years ago, I have had the best experience with Noire The Nail Bar at Wellington. Vivian, the nail technician, is amazing she does my nails with a lot of care and very detail work. I love her and also flower and the rest of the staff are really good too. Very clean salon and nice customer service! I’m so glad I found this nail salon!
