was going to be a new client, had to cancel my appointment and was told I would have to pay a cancellation fee. charged my card without my consent.As a new business I would suggest to be more understanding with new clients and waive 1 time/ allow them to reschedule to not lose business. the biggest companies in the world are not crushing people on cancellation fees.

I love getting my eyebrows done with Abby. She’s super professional, always leaves my brows looking amazing and the suite is super cute!! Definitely will continue coming and will recommend to everyone I know!

abby is exceptional at her craft !! she’ll have your eyebrows , lashes and make up looking PERFECT, she definitely helped me grow my eyebrows out with consistent laminations & tint appointments. and not to mention you have fun every time and good conversation ❤️
