About LA Fitness
LA Fitness is a top-notch gym that offers many amenities at an outstanding value. Features include state-of-the-art equipment, basketball, group fitness classes, a pool, saunas, and personal training. The Wellington location stands out for its friendly staff. The fantastic sauna is hot, but the pool is not very clean. Some of the machines are broken and have surface rust, with areas of chipped paint and torn rubber hand grips. Maintenance should be routine. Overall, it is very clean and provides a fantastic fitness experience, making it a recommended choice for anyone looking to reach their health goals.
Came there for sauna and pool, because our current gym doesn’t have this options.
And decided to stay at our current gym
Reason- sauna is fantastic, hot, exactly what I like, but… pool is not very clean( hair, bandages, napkins around and in the pool), showers are dirty!!!! Hair everywhere, tried not to touch walls when showered- disgusting….
LA FITNESS has great amenities: gym, classes, pool, sauna and etc… but in such a big place they definitely need to have cleaning personnel all the time!!! So many people sweat there, equipment has to be cleaned!
Two story impressive gym at initial glance. As I worked out on the various machines I noticed the weight stacks had surface rust. I also saw areas of chipped paint and torn rubber hand grips in many areas. Maintenance should be routine and consistently on going. My boyfriend was so disgusted by the filthy Men's room that he waited to use a towelett to clean his hands. I'd advise choosing another gym from the multitude in the area.
3 stars as more of their equipment is working compared to the other LA fitnesses around. Losing two, as the locker room is awful, smells of sewage in the shower area, mold and mildew, broken dispensers and lockers, 1 of 3 dispensers had soap at the sinks.
