I had an appointment at 0540pm. I was running late because of traffic.The receptionist kept calling me to make sure that I was still coming. I believe her name is Kim if I'm not mistaken. She was very calm, and professional. When I got there, it was 6pm, and they were getting ready to leave. This location closes exactly at 6 pm. Although I was late, Olivia was very nice and professional ,and took me in. Despite being late, she didn't rush, she did a very nice job. I appreciate her professionalism and caring attitude. I was so thankful that I was able to get my treatment done.

Olivia was very friendly, did a thorough job and made the process super comfortable. I’ve tried other laser hair removal but get the best results at ideal image their lasers are powerful!

My treatment with Sophia was amazing. She was very patient, informative and made me feel very comfortable. She was very thorough, explaining the do’s and don’ts of post treatment.The results are outstanding, thank you so much Sophia. You are a true professional!
