Glattli's definitely sets the bar above other companies! Their staff is so knowledgeable, they take the time to figure out what might be happening to your plants, and your lawn and they are so quick to help fix any problem that I might have. This company really cares about their customers and they go above and beyond to take care of any problem I've ever had!

Customer Service is key to the success of a business, The way you speak to prospective clients when you answer the phone is very important. One because you never know who or why someone is calling. Number two it is the starting point of building a relationship. I am positive that this is an awesome company and I want to state i did not receive pest control services from Glattli Spray Services. However I did speak with a lynn in the front office and she could have been a lot more professional. Simply Stating I can take a message is efficient enough.
