From the moment I stepped into the office the front desk lady was very polite and greeted me with warmth and enthusiasm and I really appreciate it, since the lady that was there before her wasn't very friendly or helpful. I would say this office experience was way better than in the past. Dr Smith is absolutely amazing but some of the staff that thankfully are no longer there weren't very nice. I'm glad to see his office is on a good track because he gives his all to his patients and the office staff should be doing the same.
Nurse is just the best! I'm a hard stick every where else but Ilene is such an expert I would not want anyone else to give me my infusion she is so caring, she makes getting my infusion so much more pleasant
Courtesy at the front desk is excellent; location is clean and well-maintained; Maria who took me back was pleasant and professional; Dr. Smith spent sufficient time with me to ensure that I understood everything.
