I've been seeing Dr. Matthew Smith for 35 years. He communicates well and has a great bedside manner. He also genuinely cares about me as a patient. He cured my Hep C years ago with Pegasus. My ulcerative colitis fas been in remission for over a decade and he's keeping a close eye on my upper GI issues.

I appreciated that Dr. Smith took the time to answer my questions and thoroughly explain the specifics of my diagnosis and how best to approach my treatment. He is competent and caring. When I was experiencing anxiety before a procedure he really helped to put me at ease, which meant a lot.

From the moment I stepped into the office the front desk lady was very polite and greeted me with warmth and enthusiasm and I really appreciate it, since the lady that was there before her wasn't very friendly or helpful. I would say this office experience was way better than in the past. Dr Smith is absolutely amazing but some of the staff that thankfully are no longer there weren't very nice. I'm glad to see his office is on a good track because he gives his all to his patients and the office staff should be doing the same.
