Brook (one of the technicians on the phone) rebooked my appointment by speaking up to the manager and moved the appointment to the next day, totally took the initiative when most other places would have just left me waiting, great place! Good staff Brook
SOOOO worth the drive (all the way from Boca)! Very professional, friendly and organized office/appointment management. Everyone seems so genuinely charmed by your pet, all smiles and sweet talk and cuddles throughout our visits. And Dr. Russo is an extremely well-educated and seasoned expert but shows the care, interest and enthusiasm of a newly-minuted vet! Our pup loves going here, which makes visits easy and enjoyable for both of us! THANK YOU, guys!!!
We absolutely love Dr. Raposo and the entire team at the Animal Hospital at the Marketplace! They treat our fur baby, Moose, with so much care and kindness that he genuinely loves visiting them. It’s such a relief knowing he’s in good hands with people who truly care about his health and happiness.
As pet parents, we couldn’t be happier with the level of attention, professionalism, and love they show every time. Thank you, Dr. Raposo and staff, for always going above and beyond for Moose and for making us feel like part of the family.
