Excellent customer service, and professional. Our Compressor failed, of course just before we list the house for sale. I called them because they were local, and I'd rather spend money local. I knew the unit wasn't worth repairing before Mike arrived, and he confirmed. Received an estimate on the spot, and approved the replacement immediately. The installers were here 2nd day, 1st am and got the work done quickly! They were professional and communicated perfectly. New unit, slab, ducts and thermostat... For a fair price. Highly recommend, give them a call.

Ask for Mike O. He gave a step by step explanation about what happened to our very old unit and gave us the difference of cost between fixing up the old one vs buying a new one. Plus he talked with my husband again on the phone explaining to him all over again what he already told me.We bought a new one expecting to wait another 2 days, but Mike O. and his assistant were out the next day! They had it installed and cooling in less than an hour! We are happy with what we got.Services: A/C system repair

So it’s hot, in the low 100 degrees, my Aunt lives in a mobile home in Wauchula. The HVAC unit failed at the most inopportune time. Gator Heating & Air came, determined the options to restore the conditioned air. Last night We chose the replacement option. Today Mike and his crew secured the new system and had it replaced in hours. Thank you Gator!
