The staff was very kind and the doctor was very thorough. They made sure that we (the family) fully understood what we need to do for our part of our pet's treatment plan once she comes home. Plus, someone from the office even took the time for a follow up call to make sure Chilly was still doing well. Such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture!

The only gripe I have is one of the vet techs/ whatever they were, and their bedside manners. My kitty was passing away and somehow immediately into her euthanasia appointment when we were already put into a room. We were talking about urns. I genuinely feel like that is an absolute end of care discussion. -Not to mention the fact that I had already talked about this with the woman working the front desk (which was a sweetheart)-. I must say this Office is truly AMAZING. I cannot THANK YOU enough for saving the lives of 2 of my fur babies I had to rush in for an emergency. Not only am I impressed by the cleanliness of their office but the compassion they show towards one's fur baby and their owner. The staff was truly everything I look for in a vets office. The affordability this office has for their service is great because I own Boujee Babies Rescue Ranch and Sanctuary so having multiple pets in our rescue ranch it helps ALLOT with veterinary costs to keep everyone safe and healthy. Thank you again and many blessings to yall, God Bless!!!!!
