Let me just say WOW‼️ Anna did the most beautiful makeover to my dead "lock-down-ish" hair. It was so dead from near 2 years of nothing being done and now it's at a great length/cut and the color is exactly what I asked and she knew what was up with the highlights! ? MASSIVELY RECOMMENDED ?

I got butchered at another chain salon near this one and was afraid to let anyone help fix the mess. After 7 months of looking stupid I visited Fantastic Sams and was assigned to Joseph.Joseph was really understanding and went slow. We talked about my end goal and he cut my hair in a way that would help us achieve that goal.Recently I needed a trim and, again, I was super anxious about getting it cut. Joseph treated me like an old friend and remembered the details from the last time. He did a fantastic job - again! Even though my hair is radically shorter than I like (NOT Josephs fault!)
