I recently purchased a set of glasses from Walmart vision center. Both Iva and Margaret were absolutely fantastic. They were so patient taking my order and helped with counseling me on my progressive lenses. I cannot say enough good things about the employees over at the vision department.
I will be using them again!
Awesome customer service. Went in with a lens falling out from a pair of glasses I did not buy from this store. It was the middle of a weekday and staff took a look at it and said, no problem, we can fix it. After 10 minutes of working on the fix in the back room, the staff member came out and said it's taking a bit longer than expected, give me your number, go shopping or grab some lunch and we'll call you when they are ready. 30 minutes later I get a call and they are ready. Drop in to pick them up and said what do I owe you, and the answer was no charge. I would have been happy to pay for the labor as I needed the glasses that day....Will definitely buy my glasses...read full review
Vision staff is awesome and easy goin. Dr.Petro is cool, funny and explains everything in detail during the exam. I highly recommend you visit this location if you need your vision checked.
