Very good customer service , Jessica is great, super positive attitude with a smile on her face, she knows how to deal with the clients and I will recommend Walmart optical to anyone , 5 stars for Jessica and the doctor !!!
Excellent service all around. Receptionist Iva and young Dr Petro had sense of humor which always puts me at ease when I deal with medical appts that make me anxious. I highly recommend this office for vision needs.
Jessica, and the team at the Valrico Walmart are so amazing and helpful. She helped explain so many things and was very diligent and patient in making sure I got the right glasses and fit.Dr. Petro is also the first eye doctor to understand exactly what was going on with my previous prescriptions, which were pretty messed up.Everyone there is great at what they do!!
