I've been a patient of Dr. Tessa Wigger for several years. There is no one else I would see. From the front office to the back. Everyone is great.Dr. Wigger is kind, understanding, and very detailed in her assessments. Her diagnostic skills are spot on. I rarely wait more than 5 minutes. Dr. Wigger has always been available to me and I am pleased we have a great relationship. Alexis is Dr. Wiggers's assistant. I absolutely adore her. Though I love my dr within this group their new voicemail system is frustrating. When you call in you are speaking to a phone bank who then tries to connect you to the office. Many times you can play phone tag for days until you receive answers. It is honestly quicker to drive to the office and wait to speak to their office staff. I'm not sure who thought this was a good idea and maybe it is from a business perspective but not for the patients.

I had an appointment at 1:45 and was taken back immediately. I saw Dr. Wigger in person this time (previous appointments have been via virtual). She is even more lovely in person!! She is very attentive and listens to me, she treats me as an individual not just another patient. I highly recommend her and also Christina Lynch, ARNP, she is also amazing!
