In 2023 my Brother passed away unexpectedly. I was devastated. As personal representative for his Estate I now had the difficult task of selling his house. I live in NJ, but flew down to FL and met with Craig Kellner. Craig was kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. Throughout the home selling process there were many setbacks and requirements to update the house. Even though I was home in NJ, Craig kept me totally advised as to the status of the sale and was of GREAT assistance in helping me find reasonable contractors to complete painting, new carpets, etc. I believe Craig went above and beyond what a Real Estate Agent should do in order to help me sell my Brother's home. I am extremely grateful for all of Craig's assistance. Craig was very knowledgeable about the market and kept me updated as to other homes in the area and where my Brother's home should be priced. I would highly recommend the team of Tony Baroni, and would highly recommend Craig Kellner.
