I love this place when it’s open. This is the second weekend in a row they are closed when I get there. Today 3:28 door locked and red car leaving as I’m trying to get in. Last Sunday 3:21 no one in sight. This is ridiculous when they don’t let you roll over any of the 4 visits to the next month. Now I’m out of two visits unless I just use them twice a week the rest of the month. I should have been able to go last weekend and today and get adjusted when I need it. For a place that only takes walk-ins there’s no reason to close half hour early on different weekend days each week. I’ll try again tomorrow but if you waste my time again I’m cancelling. And yes I’ve left messages and no one ever answers or gets back to me. They tell you to text but they go unanswered most of the time as well.
Great first experience here today. Doctor Aaron took his time making sure I understood how he was treating me and why. Also, how to handle follow up with best cost scenario for my needs. The receptionist was a sweetheart as well. I’m looking forward to using this location, which is so close to home, and to having the flexibility of other locations that will have all my notes close at hand if I need to drop in somewhere else.
