Shingle Masters was the third roofer I reached out to while dealing with my insurance company. They went above and beyond my expectations. Service was top notch start to finish. Originally I was looking for more quotes to show my insurance I needed a replacement and not a repair. Add to the fact I couldn’t find anyone to repair the roof. Shingle masters guided me through options with insurance, then when it was time for the replacement they were upfront in fair and pricing, customer service was some of the best I’ve seen in any industry. Their crew was outstanding and communication was constant throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend them enough.

Their teams’ honesty and availability for all questions was top notch, and when we had minor concerns their acknowledgment, ownership and help were amazing. I knew Shingle Másters was the one for me from the moment I spoke to Todd on the phone. He made me feel comfortable, took his time explaining everything, and was very genuine. I really appreciated this as I am young and this is my first home and didn’t have experience with getting a new roof. Shingle Masters was very professional and helped me handle my insurance. They were quick and did a great job cleaning up after their work was done. My roof was a tough one due to the work that had been done by previous owners but they truly made it look beautiful. I am very happy and would recommend their work to anyone.
