Most roof companies are all the same. Their products are equivalent. They offer the same type / length of warranties. The difference with Shingle Masters, they were the only company I called that actually got on the roof. The others used software to get the dimensions of the roof and calculated a price before ever coming to the house. Shingle Masters for on the roof and saw the damage. Explained why it was leaking and offered a solution. The others just offered a new roof at a price.

Originally I was looking for more quotes to show my insurance I needed a replacement and not a repair. Add to the fact I couldn’t find anyone to repair the roof. Shingle masters guided me through options with insurance, then when it was time for the replacement they were upfront in fair and pricing, customer service was some of the best I’ve seen in any industry. Their crew was outstanding and communication was constant throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend them enough.
