I recently had my permanent eyeliner done by Jen, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, she was professional, meticulous, and incredibly kind. She took the time to explain every step of the process, made sure I was completely comfortable, and helped me choose a style that enhances my natural eye shape beautifully.

The outcome is stunning — crisp, symmetrical, and so flattering. I wake up looking put-together with zero effort, and it’s been such a confidence boost. The healing process was smooth because Jen gave clear aftercare instructions and checked in afterward to make sure everything was going well.

I am an esthetician who is also a redhead and have lost brow hairs over the years. I have seen some pretty messed up permanent makeup over the years in my field and have hesitated to do my brows. Then I met Jen. She is an expert in her field. She is meticulous not only with the actual procedure, but more importantly with her consultation. I was nervous and she answered every question I had patiently, she did an initial drawing out of the precise shape and what I could expect as the color faded over time including pictures of her clients. She thoroughly explained the entire process from numbing to the procedure, step by step, to the after care. I am very grateful and that consultation gave me the confidence I needed to do a procedure I've been contemplating for about 5 years. Finding brow pencils for a strawberry blonde is a chore, lol. And they aren't cheap! I'll be saving money and time in the long run. Thank you for a fantastic job well done.

Jen did an amazing job on my eyebrows! My brows are not naturally even, one brow is lower than the other side. No challenge to big for Jen. She is very diligent, takes her time with pre-measurements to ensure you like the look before the procedure. Love my brows and now they look even. Thanks
