I noticed the air in the house was blowing room temperature air and cold air was coming out of the outside unit. I called Marlin James and tech Gary came out in an hour. He pretty much knew what was wrong, replaced a part and a burnt wire and that was it. He was honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. That is rare in this type of business
New drain line. Austin, Dale, and Pedro were stellar. They worked the problem, and solved it. Dale and Pedro ran the new drain pipe (20+ feet) from the elevated air handler closet in my garage, through a utilities closet, behind the water heater (tight squeeze), worked out another turn to avoid the gas line, and punched neatly through an exterior block wall to take the pipe outside where they finished it off cleanly with a trap. The new drain works perfectly. All their work was clean and squared away, which is always the case with Marlin James techs. Thanks again.
We appreciate the same technician coming out over the years. It’s nice to know and be comfortable with the same technician. When he arrived, we discovered it was just a simple fix that my husband was able to do himself. The technician was able to get us a discount from the supervisor. We were thankful he was able to come out even though it was on the weekend.
