Diesel & I have really enjoyed puppy school at Cool Critters! I love that Ileana is knowledgeable, personable, and she holds puppy parents accountable. Diesel and I look forward to taking more classes once he graduates from puppy school. Overall, a really great experience!

After taking her STAR puppy class with Ileana, Betty went through Canine Good Citizen class with her. Between her patience and guidance, we were able to rein in Betty's wild child and she passed! Would highly recommend Ileana and Cool Critter's!!
