I was in and out fast with a very friendly , professional staff. From the start with Danny at front desk all to the way out with Gretchen , I was handled with care and concern. Shout out to Liz, painless needle shot!!
They got me right in. They take VA community Care. A big deal for me. I had an injury to my lower leg hit a concreate seat bench, huge knot on my leg like the size of a tennis ball it was full of fluid. They took their time and drained the pocket. They were very pleasant, professional and effective. A+ from me.
Shanae APRN was amazing with my toddler. However I called back the following day when my child experienced an adverse reaction. When I called in the front desk staff was initially kind and then it turned into a conversation of challenge where there was an unprofessional tone and words. I would have given a 5/5 stars if I wasn’t spoken poorly to. Please speak with your front desk staff and explain it’s not always what you say it’s how you say it. Especially when you have someone on the other line as a concerned parent.
