We experienced fantastic service over the phone which was a real delight after receiving shocking service from other companies in the same week.
The gas was turned on by Kevin and coworker (didn’t catch his name). They were both incredibly friendly and helpful. Very refreshing!

Speaking strictly about the customer service representative (CSR) at the desk/counter when customers walk in —> I received great service earlier today. Katrina (the CSR) was friendly, courteous, professional and extremely helpful. She was able to assist me with my account and I really appreciate her explaining everything in a clear, concise explanation. She also is personable, and we had a little chat about our respective kids. I like when a CSR can relate with you as the customer. To be honest, it is one of the reasons I am thankful to live in a 'small' town(s), and being able to experience the friendly atmosphere in dealing with locally owned businesses.
