Speaking strictly about the customer service representative (CSR) at the desk/counter when customers walk in —> I received great service earlier today. Katrina (the CSR) was friendly, courteous, professional and extremely helpful. She was able to assist me with my account and I really appreciate her explaining everything in a clear, concise explanation. She also is personable, and we had a little chat about our respective kids. I like when a CSR can relate with you as the customer. To be honest, it is one of the reasons I am thankful to live in a 'small' town(s), and being able to experience the friendly atmosphere in dealing with locally owned businesses.
