After 4 service calls to fix my gate, Dakota was the only one finding out that the plug was bad and seeded replacement. I highly recommend them for gate opener resolutions. Very courteous and reliable!

Excellent product - ordered large Bahama shutter for the front of our house. It looks great, price was reasonable, and cheaper than another places. The only complaint was it took a long time to get.

I had shutters previously installed by another company. The installation and follow-up was less than desirable. Several of the motors installed have failed and I was unable to get service. When I contacted Gulf Coast Shutter they were very helpful and quick to let me know what I needed and schedule the service. My contact was Jason Smith and he has always given me great service at a reasonable price. He is also very quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. I had one defective motor replaced and am in the process of having a 2nd one replaced. Jason and Gulf Coast Shutter are definitely my new go to place for my shutters.
