Growing Green Families, PLLC is a unique family health collective dedicated to supporting families, especially new mothers, on their journey into parenthood. The clinic offers a variety of services, including chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage, functional wellness, babywearing consultations, childbirth and breastfeeding education classes, and individual and group breastfeeding support. The boutique also provides products for growing families, such as supplements, infant and toddler carriers, and breastfeeding supplies. The team features lactation specialists, chiropractors, and other professionals who create a welcoming and caring environment, making clients feel at home. They provide personalized care, education, and resources to help families achieve optimal health and wellness. Many clients have found their support invaluable, especially during postpartum, with some highlighting improvements in breastfeeding, pain relief, and overall well-being. I’ve been going to Growing Green Families for years for chiropractic care and a few other services, but I had the trifecta of awesome after the birth of my second son! He was having weight gain problems so I immediately went to see Christy for help with breastfeeding, as well as getting him adjusted by Larissa. From there they referred me to Tehra for feeding therapy, and this was exactly the support I needed postpartum to have a successful breastfeeding experience! With the help of Christy I was able to establish a better latch and increase my low milk supply. Bi-weekly adjustments with Larissa and check ins with Tehra to improve and strengthen his feeding abilities got us to the point that we were able to exclusively breastfed again around 4 months old and now he is over 1 year old and we are still going strong! I’m SO grateful for the support and assistance we received, and I highly recommend this trio of support for any mama that is struggling with breastfeeding!
Dr. Larissa and the team took wonderful care of me while I was pregnant (totally helped with my hip and back pain) and then also took care of my baby once he was born. I was very grateful for how she and the team attended to our whole person health and wellness. Nice environment, breastfeeding friendly, and great options for shopping too.
