*Edit* Sorry read the wrong title for the review box ?GPS is a great place to go for classes and fitness for women. My wife loves to go, and they offer multitude of different classes. Again sorry for confusion with previous review.

Girl Power Station is such an empowering place and the staff are incredible. The instructors are wonderful and will give you motified movements if necessary. You walk into GPS encouraged and you leave even more encouraged.

Girl Power Station (GPS) is such a great gym. I’m always happy to get to a class because the instructors are so wonderful! They are fun, caring, creative and motivating. I’m so glad I have such a great place to work out and I would definitely recommend GPS! You’ll make friends and get fit ?
