Ms. Chae completed my alteration quickly, professionally, and expertly! She is obviously a perfectionist to the smallest detail. A genuine joy to work with. Based on my experience I can most certainly recommend her. She has definitely earned my business! God bless you Ms.Chae!!!
Cash preferred at this location. Lady is super fast and sew ons were cheap compared to main exchange. She also has some leftover patches and whatnot. Did rank patches and badges for around $35
Ms. Chae, the owner of Express Alterations + Cleaners, is the kindest woman ever. I originally came in to ask if she dry cleans curtains. She immediately told me she does but it would be very expensive to do so. She gave me several really easy, and inexpensive tips to do it myself at home. This gesture alone was incredibly generous of her. We kept chatting and she's such a wonderful human to have in our community! I will, undoubtedly, come here for all of my dry cleaning and alteration needs! Can't wait to continue supporting her business!
