I can’t say enough good things about this AC technician. When my AC went out, I was stressed and needed help fast. Not only did he respond quickly and do an exceptional job with the repair, but he also worked with me on the price when I truly needed a break—something no one else was willing to do. He was honest, professional, and clearly cared about doing the job right rather than just making a sale. The AC is running perfectly now, and I’m extremely grateful for the service I received. Charlie is probably the nicest man in AC work! In a panic having called multiple companies to diagnose my outage, he was the most honest and fair, without trying to up charge me. Incredibly competent and knowledgeable. He's a true AC repairman and small business owner, not one of the huge companies where you're just another number.
