“I’ve searched high and low for a salon since I’ve moved here about three years ago. I went to multiple that charged me outrageously and I’ve always left so disappointed. I finally came across this wonderful little salon. It’s small but man is it mighty! Lacy is so talented! Super sweet and definitely put a lot of passion into her work. I’ve never been to a salon where I could see someone be very particular and take so much time to get my vision on the right track. My hair was far from where I wanted it and she knew just how to get me to where I needed to be. She didn’t rush and kept me informed with everything just to be transparent as far as the price came. My haircut, highlights, and blowout was spectacular. Honestly could not believe the price when told. But was happy to be able to leave a better tip for her hard work and her sweet helper that assisted her with my wash. Also I didn’t get the name of the other stylist but while a sat I watched her cut many clients hair and all flawless. She is super talented as well. Loved the chairs and absolutely loved that is was a smaller place gives such a cozy relaxing vibe. The ac was blowing which is fantastic but you may want to bring a sweater if there for a long session. But with the heat outside it’s definitely needed. Thank you Lacy for your wonderful talent and kindness.“

“The best experience I have ever had getting my brows threaded! Out of town from NC and I was a walk in, my girl in the first chair on the right did beyond amazing. I wanted a quick clean up and usually the threaders make them way too thin, but she gave me exactly what I wanted. 10/10 experience OVERALL I am so happy with my results.“

“I'm here with my boys for a perm and a haircut. The place is clean, floors swept immediately after each cut. Good neutral music sounds, something for everyone. Jackie, the owner is friendly and warm, but business like. Air con temp is just right, very relaxing feel surrounded by pleasant conversations.“

“This is an upscale salon, Everyone is very nice. I get lots of compliments on my hair. Andrea is my stylist. When I first started I felt like it was a luxurious experience. The massage she gave when shampooing and conditioning my hair did wonders for me. This is my only indulgence for myself. I have past last stage stenosis in my neck and have excruciating pain and headaches. It was the first time I could ever relax and the pain subside. It was the best part of the whole appointment for me. I love what she does with my hair too, but this made the extra expense, that I really can't afford worth it. Sadly, it isn't a luxurious experience anymore, but I still like the way she does my hair, so I come back. I wish I didn't have to do it as often as I do, but I was cursed with very thick, course hair that grows exceptionally fast. I do recommend this salon, based on how well they take care of your hair needs, creativity, atmosphere, and staff. Just note that the prices are the high to the majority of people I speak to that ask me.“

“On vacation and gel polish I got back home was chipping but not coming up enough to pick or peel off. Jane was incredible. The salon is clean, well-maintained, and professional but friendly. I was gently admonished 😉 for picking at the polish (since I already have thin nail beds) and given advice on how to help thicken my nails. Jane was quick but gentle. I would go to her exclusively if she wasn't so far from home!“

“I cannot recommend Crystal at About Face enough! I only stopped seeing her because I had to move out of Florida for work — otherwise, I would absolutely still be going to her.

I just left an electrolysis appointment here in Huntsville, Alabama, and my new electrologist stopped during the appointment and said, “Whoever was doing your electrolysis before did an awesome job! You have no scarring, no pitting, and no discoloration!” She was especially impressed because I have smaller pores.

I already knew Crystal was amazing, but having another professional immediately recognize the quality of her work without knowing who had done it says everything. Crystal is incredibly skilled, precise, and takes great care of her clients’ skin.

“Hands down the best pedicure massage I’ve received in years! Everyone was kind, the environment was calm and well ventilated and there wasn’t a wait. They even offer a quick shoulder massage after your service. The work was done well and the pricing was great too!

My only complaint was the lack of sterilization/sanitation. The tools that were used were sitting in a cup with the blue sterilizer liquid, but the cup itself was dirty. No new/freshly sterilized tools were used. The pumice stone was well over used and discolored as well as the file. The lotions, oils & scrubs had excess build up on them. If the necessary sanitation steps were put in place, this place would receive an easy 5 stars.“

“The new techs they have working at the Niceville FL location are great. My wife and I both enjoyed our cuts today. We were taken quickly and their work was superb.

This would have been five star review however, the location still doesn’t use the Supercuts App for check in. They only do walk-ins.“

“After a horrible experience at another salon a year and a half ago where my hair was severely damaged, fried off, and gradually fell out and broke off in thousands of different lengths — including spots where it fell out at the root — I honestly never thought I would feel like myself again.
