Consultation at our house went great and we were very interested in picking out our blinds and materials. She said it was the busy season and she could slot us in if we came early in the morning in a few weeks.

We waited weeks for the appointment, then she called before and said she can't make it but we can still go if we want and someone at the store would help us. This is already one month since I put in the initial request to have a design consultation and my wife and I were in a hurry at this point as we were moving into our renovated house in 8 weeks.

I had a wonderful experience getting my window coverings from here. Chrissy was able to come out next day after scheduling an appointment to get the process started.

We went through various options in my home and then afterwards did some back and forth comparing various manufacturers to get something I would be happy with.

Huge shoutout to Joey and team at the store for their time as well helping me get even more opinions and ensuring I was making an informed decision with my investment.
