Just do it!!! I’ve never done anything like this before but decided to give it a try due to a promotion. Bianca made me feel so comfortable and was VERY patient with me. She walked me through everything. It was so much fun and the best work out I’ve ever done. Bianca is high energy, patient, kind and fun!!! Highly recommend stepping out of your comfort zone.
I’ve been going here for a few months and I’m really happy I decided to join. The staff are all so supportive and friendly. They really try to give you a good workout and make it a lot of fun! I prefer this to a traditional gym because here I get to workout with a group which is really motivating, and the environment is totally judgement-free and the workout itself is very fun. It’s pretty much a cardio workout where you are learning to punch and kick a bag. It’s a bit of a commitment price-wise, but they have options and no contract. I've been training at this kickboxing studio for a while now, and I absolutely love it! The sense of community here is incredible, and the instructors are so personable and engaging. They make each workout not only effective but also fun. If you're looking for a place where you can get a great workout and feel like part of a supportive community, this is the studio for you. Highly recommend!
