The place is nice and clean, the trainers are friendly and humble. This gym gave me family vibes. The exercises was challenging but also they teach low impact exercises. It's all done in your pace. It's definitely worth it! My favorite trainer was Daniel.
I LOVE iLoveKickboxing Trinity, the classes are an awesome and ‘fun’ workout. If you are a woman in your 40-50’s, you gotta check it out. There is a nice mix of all ages as anyone can do it! I have a bad back and I can do it. The staff gave me easy modifications that are working for me. I actually look forward to going, I just wish they had more classes on the weekend. I’d go then too!
The classes are fun with any/all of the trainers. They mix it up so it’s not the same thing over and over. There are calendar events (meaning speciality classes - which are super fun). I’d encourage everyone to do their challenge and fall in love with the process… and bring a friend so they can grow and change with you!
