Joe Staltare from Complete Care Systems cleaned a number of oriental rugs and furniture upholstery for us. We had two large rugs and eight upholstered dining room chairs. After Joe was done the items truly looked like they were brand new! He comes to your home to clean the items rather than you having to drag them into a cleaner.Joe is very knowledgeable about the cleaning business and gave us numerous tips to use with our normal household cleaning. The very best carpet, rug and upholstery cleaner! I have been using Complete Care for 10 years. They also do grout cleaning, sealing, grout color, and dryer vent cleaning. Some things that are important to me include having someone honest and who you can trust to do the work. Joe and Tricia are great to work with and very professional. They respond to calls promply, are thorough with the job at hand, personable, and good people. I will only use their service, because I like the results. I first used this company back in 2013 after I had a master bathroom remodel done by a contracting company. The workers tried to keep the carpet leading from my front door to that bathroom clean, but the very light beige carpet became quite dirty by the time they completed work and they volunteered to get Complete Care Systems to come out to clean the carpet, promising it would look great.I was very skeptical, but Joe from Complete Care Systems came, looked it over and said not to worry.
