I called Norm and he came out immediately. Unfortunately, the damage had already been done by years of bad service. The pool was green. I spent a month & over $200 at Pinch -A-Penny trying to fix it myself. Norm had a blue pool in 4 days!! Showed up 4 days in a row to backflush all the algae. Also vacuumed 5 pounds of sand from the pavers being sealed.Services: Filter cleaning
I’ve had Anthony with Bella Pools for over 4 years. I honestly can’t give enough accolades for exemplary customer service. If I have an issue, I text him, and he responds. I didn’t understand all the pump mechanisms (how to use spa, how to heat pool, etc) and he came and explained it to me. He also placed permanent stickers on pipes, etc, making it easier for me to understand. He’s thorough, professional, very friendly and their monthly fee is very affordable.
I’ve been a customer of Bella Pool Service for almost ten years The guys are always on schedule and provide excellent service If repairs are necessary, I’m always notified right away and the problem is fixed I would recommend Bella to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and professional pool service
