Another professional came out and appeased anxiety by checking the roof for damage, very professional and recommended. Overall great experience. After shopping around for a lot of quotes, the price was reasonable and the team was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, from permits and paperwork to installing the roof. Would definitely recommend.
One customer was unaware of the law regarding any roof 20 years or more negating homeowner's insurance and, when inheriting a house in Florida as an out of stater, was panic stricken. Several estimates were secured, thorough research was done, and all the companies were spoken to from long distance. Praise goes to how kind, respectful, and helpful Thomas Roofing was in guiding through this process. Help with paperwork was amazing. The team kept the customer informed all along the way with the progress, let them know when they would begin, sent photos, and told them when it was accomplished. A beautiful job was done, everything was cleaned up, and the roof looks great. Any question was answered, any concern was met, and the cost was totally in line with research for the area. The team was considerate with some unexpected costs. Neighbors kept an eye out and said the crew was great. So pleased.
Three different roofing companies were talked to about fixing a roof. The inspection was done, then the work needed to fix the roof was explained and all questions were answered. Thomas Roofing was chosen because their work would completely fix the problem and not just patchwork it. The job was completed and an excellent job was done. When finished, pictures of the various work stages of the job were shown. When work was finished, all debris was cleaned up. Very pleased and highly recommended for anyone's roofing needs.
