Here’s the story: I really liked Jessica when meeting her and she did a great job the several times we used her in the past on our 3 dogs which cost us right at $300 each time with a healthy tip included. She also always said my dogs were very well behaved and said she had never had any issues at all with them.This month I wished to reschedule as I got a new dog, and the new dog would not be at my home until Friday. This is by far the best experience my pups get! they love going to spend their spa time with Jessica! she is so sweet and caring with your pets. Comes straight to the house making it super simple! highly recommend!!

I will say that the 3 years we used her, she was great. Her service and professionalism. I have nothing bad to say about her. But my advice to you all is to make sure you confirm the automated appointments because she won’t tell you it bothers her or messes up her paperwork or whatever the case may be. She will simply verbally assault you and tell you to find another groomer.
