Great service as always Drue is the best always very friendly. Willing to take the time to explain how things work or even re explain if you forget. Does an amazing job got my pest problem solved within a couple weeks and has been clear since . I also really like that at least I almost always get thr same person i think once I got somone else and they explained that it somonetimes happens but people are assigned to an area so you will mostly only get 1 or 2 people who may come so its not a revolving door of random people at your house. Which I greatly appreciate and I do prefer Drue so the y do try to send him if possible .
The office staff were very professional and helpful and the technician was the same! He was very knowledgeable and understood our bug problem and we are hopeful it was resolved with the treatment he did.
