Mostly Positive Experience with a Caveat
I've been a patient of Dr. Azwell for some time now, and overall, I've been very satisfied with her care. She's a knowledgeable doctor who has consistently provided sound medical advice. While her bedside manner can occasionally be sarcastic, I've always felt that her priority was my well-being.
However, my experience with the office staff has been inconsistent. The long-term staff members are fantastic. They are efficient, friendly, and truly professional. Let’s be honest, Optical Outlets are one of the few places that will take any insurance. For that I am eternally grateful. Yes they’re busy but they’re working hard! Dr. Linda is absolutely amazing. She cares deeply for her patients and make sure all their needs are met.

I had a great experience here for my eye exam. My first contact was Yajaira, and she was very pleasant. The doctor was amazing as well. He asked me if I had any concerns and listened very intently and gave me a thorough explanation of why I was experiencing what I was, and an actionable route forward. I have been wearing contacts lenses since I was a child and this was the first time any eye doctor took the time to explain the way he did. I left feeling relieved and empowered. I truly appreciate the communication. The wait was longer that I preferred but outside of that, I have no complaints.
