They are the most professional and knowledgeable in Brevard county and most importantly the friendliest as well. They made one patient feel comfortable, assisted in picking glasses, and made the experience easy and fun. Overall, Optical Outlets is a great choice for anyone seeking eye care and eyewear in Florida.
Mostly Positive Experience with a Caveat I've been a patient of Dr. Azwell for some time now, and overall, I've been very satisfied with her care. She's a knowledgeable doctor who has consistently provided sound medical advice. While her bedside manner can occasionally be sarcastic, I've always felt that her priority was my well-being. However, my experience with the office staff has been inconsistent. The long-term staff members are fantastic. They are efficient, friendly, and truly professional. Unfortunately, the newer additions to the team have been a disappointment. I've encountered carelessness and a lack of professionalism that has made me consider looking for a new healthcare provider. It's a shame, because Dr. Azwell and her experienced staff are excellent. The negative interactions with the newer staff members are, however, a serious concern. I hope the practice addresses this issue to ensure a consistently positive patient experience.
