Tom is the best. Not only is he an inspector, but has built a number of homes in the area, so he knows most of the contractors and subcontractors and knows EXACTLY what to look for - where they take short cuts etc. I was building a brand new home and having Tom along for the ride was well worth the money. He found plenty of things that needed to be corrected. Remember- if you’re building, that the builder’s inspector isn’t working for you, they’re working for the builder.

Most thorough home inspection I've ever seen! Great price, even better results. Was able to get us in on short notice, was on time, and worked hard. Went as quickly as possible while still being thorough. Would definitely use this company again!
