I called and left a message and no one ever got back to me. Next I sent an email on their WEB site and again no response. Won't be hiring them.

100% regret hiring him. Owner hardly listens to what you want done and doesn't take any notes. He'll try to talk you out of your design choices for those that are cheaper for him labor wise but still charge you the same price. Carpentry was misaligned, amature at best, and had to be redone. We have a lot of tiles that are noticeably misaligned and not level with each other, which is shocking given the tools available to ensure this. Our boarder tile droops in the middle. I pointed it out to him and the tile guy, said they would fix it, never did. Lastly, there were a concerning number of gaps in the grout below waistline that were never fill which we had to take car of ourselves. For the money, I wish I had taken my business elsewhere.
