I'm one of those people who don't get a haircut very often. They're always very conscientious and polite and the haircut they give me is exactly what I want. They make sure before they start cutting what my desires are and they always have fulfilled them. I've been going to them for many years and not once did I regret getting my hair cut..

Nicole was excellent! She explained everything she was about to do, and helped me verbalize what I wanted. She was polite and conversational and went above and beyond to make sure I knew what my hair actually needed. She made suggestions to help with some hair issues I have. She is very knowledgeable and courteous, 10/10 will recommend to others. She fit me in their schedule, but didn't make it feel rushed. I have anxiety, and have had some not so great experiences, especially because I like my hair short. I usually don't got to stylists because of this, but she made me feel comfortable. I will be coming back for sure, and getting the proper shampoos and conditioners...read full review

Sarah Flinchom is the reason I'm taking the time to post this review and if I could give her 10 stars I would. My 4 year old has been to 3 other salons and not one have been patient enough to deal with her sensitivity to new things. Sarah got down to her level and help slowly introduce her to everything. She didn't force her and made sure she did it at her own comfortable pace. Sarah remained patient and sweet towards my daughter who continuously pushed away all her tactics then finally gave in and got a beautiful haircut. Thank you Sarah for your professionalism and we will be seeing each other in the future ? .
