Brought my wedding dress to get cleaned after the wedding. It was expertly cleaned, especially considering it had multiple fabric types, lace, beading, etc. There was an issue where during the cleaning process a part of the dress had gotten damaged. I had left a review expressing my disappointment, and within 24 hours got a call from Peter the store manager who apologized for the inconvenience and helped find a resolution. So while not a perfect experience, I am impressed with the customer service, and now my dress looks perfect again!

The staff there are so nice and very efficient! I needed a stain removed from my maid of honor dress that a different alterations place caused. The manager was so amazingly kind and took it back to see if he could get it out right then and there. It looks great and he didn’t charge me a dime. I can’t send him enough thanks for saving my sister’s big day!

Crest cleaners has gone above and beyond again and again for me! I had a schedule change and a missed deadline and special accommodations were made so I was dressed right for a VERY important week. Thank you!!!
