Since I have children and pets, I found it important that Clarkare uses eco-friendly products and powerful steam cleaning equipment. The technician moved light furniture and handled every nook and cranny with care as she worked quickly and thoroughly. After that, he even showed me the soiled water; what I saw was startling!

The carpets looked amazing after cleaning. The entire house smelled and felt different, the fibers appeared renewed and fluffed up, and the stains had disappeared. It seemed like a new beginning. It also took a surprisingly short amount of time to dry—roughly four to five hours before things returned to normal.

Tracy, amazingly squeezed me into his busy schedule, and came the next day to address my carpet problem before him being gone for a week. When I called Clarkare for an estimate, I left a voicemail and got a returned call by Tracy later that day. He was able to schedule appointment immediately and gave me a preliminary estimate. When he arrived, he explained everything he was going to do in layman terms and confirmed the total cost, which was the same as the preliminary estimate. Results were outstanding and my mother-in-law was very satisfied. This is a family owned business and recommend it better than a franchise.
