went in to get my top teeth out I had an issue with my sinus so they left a couple teeth for the oral surgeon after the he'd broke them off at the gum line. They took an x-ray right after the procedure and they were nice enough to get me their oral surgeon which I appreciate but I went back to get my dentures adjusted and found out that he left a root to my tooth that's completely exposed in my jaw now. now I got to go back for a third time and go through the pain to have this extracted. I know it wasn't on purpose I'm just over all this pain and they don't seem to care about your pain they offer no relief I was told to take Tylenol. I will say the office staff and the dental team are very nice very polite but this has been a horrible experience. They ARE trying to make it right.
I had a awesome experience on a bad mouth day. Everyone was on target. although I don't love forward to seeing Dr Williams for a extraction at 8:00am I do look forward to feeling and looking better. ThNk you all that guided me through my day!
