. Dr Nguyen listened attentively to my concerns and provided constructive advice. She reviewed my blood work with me and also what vaccinations were coming due... She also checked me out physically. She is a very thorough and knowledgeable physician who has her patients best interests at heart. The supporting staff is also very friendly and welcoming.
I was called to the doctors office right on time. I had filled out forms before coming to appointment. Doctor’s assistant went over all my medications, weight, height and vitals. There was also a questionnaire process to review any common issues for seniors like falling; ability to get out chair on your own, depression, drinking, taking drugs, hearing issues and had a hearing test. Doctor then came in promptly and followed up on one or two questions on prescriptions and also results of blood tests. Doctor also listened to heart; looked in ears; nose and throat. Visit was completed on an hour and I had learned quite a bit on keeping healthy for the long term.
