I always have the best experience here! I see BB, and I can honestly say, she delivers every time! She stays up on the trends and when I bring in a picture/inspiration she does it. I understand every artist is unique so I don’t expect the exact same finish… she brings her own personal touches and subtly makes it her own. I drive almost an hour to see her and it’s worth it!
This is for the front desk lady! I called in it’s hard for me to find a good place in the area for pedicures. When I called she answered the phone with good customer service and when I was checking out she was making sure everything went well as I had concern before I went in! She was great! The pedicure was good I have not had an amazing pedicure since I moved here it’s hard to find someone when your used to going to the same person for 12 year and moving somewhere new. The lady that did my pedicure was very very nice but couldn’t do design and I was talked into doing all over color this is the second time in a row this has happened at this nail salon....read full review
I feel welcome when I go to Nails & Beyond. Both Hein and Tin warmly greet me when I come into the Salon. Their nail crafting skills are superior than what I have experienced in other salons.
