I have used a number of health clubs over the years. Genesis Brownwood is the best. My introductory training session was disappointing, probably due to a communication issue. management set up a second introductory session. I came away from the second session with exactly the information I need for a workout routine. I am very impressed with the way my issue was resolved. The staff are all professional and friendly.
Johnny McEarchern was courteous& knowledgeable in helping me to get on the right path to better health. Joey P. Was also very good at getting me signed up in timely manner. Everyone here is so nice!
Johnny was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the health field. He listened intently to our personal needs and was able to direct us through the facilities. We are very excited to begin our new physical fitness journey.
