I have been member of massage envy since 2011.It is not a luxury for me but instead a necessity for sure due to frequent muscle spasms.Today was my first visit at this location, and what a fresh breath of air it is compare to my last couple of locations in the Jacksonville area.Jennifer who was at the front and answered my call was very knowledgeable and very patient too.My therapist today was Mandy who was wonderful as far as treating my most painful areas (neck and upper back).Massage envy has introduced the CBD enhancement product and I thought I’ll give it a trial today.This location is in a huge shopping plaza and was easy to find too.There is plenty of parking...read full review

This was my first time going to any massage! I would highly recommend Massage Envy, check in was quick and friendly. The therapist Bunny (Not Bonnie) was an absolute Gem and had a good sense of humour. I really felt so relaxed during and afterwards. She is a true professional at what she does and I wouldn't want anyone else to do my massage when I go back! I would wait for her if I have to that is how amazing she is.

I had Dianne and she did not disappoint! She had a nice calming presence and voice and her hands were like magic! I walked in with my back hurting and walked out feeling great and very relaxed 10/10 definitely recommend
